It helps relieve local discomfort, burning and itching in the perianal area related to anorectal disorders and hemorrhoids. The zinc oxide also helps in drying the oozing and weeping of poison ivy, oak and sumac.The second active ingredient in Lantiseptic Multi-Purpose Skin Ointment is 0.45% menthol, which temporarily relieves pain and itching due to: Minor burns, Minor cuts, Scrapes, Insect bites and Sunburn. 4oz tube.
