Earth Choice BioGrease Kitchen Floor & Wall Degreaser

Earth Choice® BioGrease Kitchen Floor & Wall Degreaser is a non-hazardous concentrated, mildly alkaline degreaser developed to replace corrosive caustics, flammable solvents and abrasive chemicals. This balanced blend of advanced detergents and a superior grease-solubilizing biocatalyst penetrates, loosens and breaks down food based fats and oils. Increased contact time maximizes the cleaning efficiency of this product. Flood mopping, foam cleaning or any procedure to increase contact is recommended. Deenergize electrical equipment before use. WHERE TO USE Use to remove greasy build-up on floors and walls in kitchen areas, supermarket meat rooms, bakeries, fish markets, trash rooms, loading docks, etc. Safe to use on most restaurant surfaces such as tile, plastic, fiberglass, grout and stainless steel. Excellent for use with foam cleaning systems. Built-in corrosion inhibitors and water-softening agents prevent hard water scale build-up in equipment. HOW TO APPLY Spray 6-8 inches from surface and wipe dry with a clean, dry lint-free cloth, paper towel or squeegee. Reapply as needed. MIXING INSTRUCTIONS Mixes with water to activate the biocatalyst. For best results, apply immediately after mixing. Flood Mopping: For normal build-up, mix 2 oz. per gallon of water; for heavy build-up, mix 4 oz. per gallon of water. Foam Cleaning: For normal buildup, mix 4 oz. per gallon of water; for heavy build-up, mix 6 oz. per gallon of water.
