Double Rack Pass-thru Low Temp Dishmachine

American Dish Service’s 74 Rack/Hr Double Rack Door-Type Dishwasher (5AG-S) is a functional warewashing unit for commercial foodservice establishments. This model can wash an impressive 74 racks each hour, as it can hold two standard-sized dish racks, side-by-side. To access the interior of the dishwasher, simply lift up the door to insert the dish racks. The unit is operated via top mount controls with auto start. Water consumption is 1.6 gallons per rack, which equals 3.2 gallons per cycle. The 5AG-S is a low-temp model that has a water temperature of 120°F. A built-in scrap accumulator is included for your convenience.
